We would love to meet you and your pet!

We personally evaluate every pet that would like to attend daycare or be a boarding guest.  If you would like to find out if your pet is eligible for far-out fun at Fantastic Fido’s, we will need you to complete and submit a boarding application.  Here are your options:

1. Click HERE to fill out an on-line boarding application
2. CLICK HERE to print off the boarding application and bring it in)
3. Drop in and pick one up in person.

We will also need a copy of your pet’s current vaccination record at this time as well, so don’t forget to include it!  We look forward to meeting you and your pet!
