De-matting Policy

We have a new policy for matted dogs:   As professionals, we are here to provide the most knowledgeable, loving care for your furry friends.   If your pet is matted and you would like us to remove the tangles, we will spend a maximum of 15 minutes on de-matting for a fee of $20 (plus grooming price).

Please note that if we are unable to de-mat your pet in that amount of time, we can either return the pet to you, or proceed with a short haircut.   Your understanding and cooperation is greatly appreciated!
